Starting Monday November 14th, Lancaster Construction Inc., Salina KS will be removing pavement to replace it with a valley gutter to provide a smoother vehicular transition on the east side of Ohio. Due to the street repairs that will be taking place, closure of Republic east of Ohio will be required. Ohio will be reduced to one lane northbound until completed for the safety of the workers. Traffic Control is in place for the duration of this project. Pavement Repair began Monday November 14 th with an estimated completion by Friday November 18th, weather permitting. The $130,000 project is part of the City of Salina's $4.7 million 2022 street maintenance capital improvement program.
