The drawings, specifications, and other contract documents are the property of the City of Salina, Kansas, and are available for public inspection at the office of the Department of Public Works, Room 205, 300 W. Ash, Salina, Kansas 67401. Please contact the Department of Public Works/Engineering at 785-309-5725 with any questions in regard to the project. The documents may be purchased from the office of the City Engineer or at www.salina-ks.gov/bids through the QuestCDN link upon payment of $15.00 for each set of plans and specifications, which are non-refundable. The successful bidder will be furnished an additional three complete sets of plans and specifications. Additional sets required will be furnished at the current cost.

The City of Salina, Kansas, reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities therein.
